1). It wouldn’t be the same because the 300 hundred dpi is shown more clearly for a print out. A 72 dpi will not it’s only capeable for the web.

2). A 1 dpi picture will look very blurry. 

PISS OFF

A). i was trying to express my piss off mode which is the middle finger. I achieved this by sticking my middle finger up. B). the filters i use for this project were on Photoshop and they were the Artistic Fresco, the blur filter, and the poster edge. C). no brushes were use in my project.
